The Iphone 4S was the the last phone made so far	The first camera that was small enough to carry around was made by a person called Johaan Zahn.	Most of the newest tvs are 3D

The first few cellphones were about as heavy as a brick and you had to use two hands to use them	This is the one of the oldest cameras

I have chosen the cellphone but there is a bit about the three of them to start so the cellphone:
The person who invented the cellphone was Martin Cooper. The first person who made a call on a cellphone was in April 1973. Marten cooper wanted everybody to be able to carry a cellphone around and talk on it when there not at there house.

Cellphone	1973	Martin Cooper	so you could ring your family and friends while your not at home if you are out shopping or something
